With branches of their commercial and domestic removals and storage business across the UK, we asked Clockwork Removals about the benefits that Which? Trusted Trader membership brings to their already successful firm.
'We are accredited by the British Association of Removers,' explained Clockwork Removals marketing manager, Holly Lowe. 'That’s an important professional membership in our industry but Which?, on the other hand, is a household name synonymous with quality. Our governing body membership and Which? Trusted Traders accreditation complement each other.'
As a large, national organisation with 11 branches, Which? Trusted Traders membership is an important part of the marketing mix for Clockwork Removals. 'We have multiple marketing channels,' says Holly. 'Our Which? Trusted Traders membership strengthens all of it. When customers visit our website, for example, they see the Which? Trusted Traders icon which gives them extra reassurance about our services.'
The business has also added the logo to its business cards, brochures and other printed materials. 'Our branch staff are pleased that we’re part of the scheme and really see the benefit of having a Which? stamp of approval on their paperwork,' Holly told us.
Regional staff regularly check their branch pages to view customer testimonials, but marketing manager Holly manages the profile pages centrally from the company’s headquarters in Edinburgh. 'I populated the profile pages with contact details, a biography and photographs. The Which? Trusted Traders team are only a phone call away if I need help, but it has all been really straightforward,' she said.
'It’s a real honour to have our business recognised, endorsed and promoted by an institution like Which?.'
