John had given us a quote, following a home visit, for the replacement of our boiler in due course. Then our boiler sprung a leak while we were away, and we turned to John to see if he could bring the work forward. He was luckily able to fit us in, and did a marvellous job. The task involved the difficult removal of a heat store, in addition to the boiler, and the installation of a new gas supply pipe. He worked a full day every day, kept us informed throughout, explained technical requirements, and did his best to keep disruption to the minimum. He made sure we were able to operate the new system before he finally left, and has kept in touch to ensure all is well. We fully recommend a highly professional, responsible, and caring contractor.

John had provided a comprehensive quote following a visit to the house. When our boiler system failed unexpectedly John came to the rescue at short notice. He coped very capably and with good humour with the need to remove an old thermal store as well as the old boiler. He also had to install a new gas supply pipe from the gas meter and he took much trouble to conceal this. We had complete confidence in his recommendations for a combi boiler with a "smart control". All the work was carried out to a very high standard and John made sure that we were happy with the operation of the system before leaving. A very professional trader who we highly recommend and will be using in the future.

John came to service my central heating boiler and gas fire. He did an extremely thorough job such as I have not seen before even though I have had regular services and used Which local recommended central heating engineers. No one has previously checked the flue which I understand from John should be regularly examined - mine was falling apart and in a bad state. He will replace it and all will be much safer. He did an expert job and I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

I asked John to evaluate the boiler and central heating system in a flat I had just purchased and, in light of his advice, I asked him to fit a new boiler, change some of the existing radiators, re-route pipework from wall surfaces to below the floor, and to deal with some redundant gas fireplaces and washbasins. John provided outstanding service. He worked efficiently, kept to the scheduled timetable and was exceptionally helpful in when providing his initial advice on choice of boiler and in subsequently dealing with any questions relating to the work. John is an expert professional on boilers and central heating. I can highly recommend him for the knowledge he brings, his friendly manner, the quality of his work and his meticulous attention to detail.
