Mr Mark Bletcher and his assistant, Adam, installed a metallic plus roofing film to the inside of the polycarbonate roof of my conservatory to help counteract the sun's heat and glare which often made the conservatory too uncomfortable to use in the summer. Mark came to show my wife and me the products used and explain the different options to combat the problem. He was very polite, informative and helpful as to the process and price of the option we chose. Mark and Adam worked quickly and efficiently on the day of the installation and completed it in a day, working into the evening. The finished job was neat, at the agreed price and has made the conservatory cooler and comfortable.

Mark came to assess the problem with strong sunlight and its effect of bleaching my furniture upholstery and recommended the right type of window films. Mark. We had three electric blinds fitted in our new kitchen/dining room. They look great and fit perfectly. Mark advised on the feasibility of various options which was very helpful especially for the large bifold door. He responded to queries and emails promptly too. He fitted the blinds on the day specified and dealt with one or two glitches promptly and effectively so that the excellent service continued throughout.

Mark Bletcher from Cool glass gave me expert advice on possible solutions to my overheating flat. He explained all my options carefully with attention to my specific requirements. He was able to convey technical details in easy to understand language. He followed through in a very timely fashion and sent me all the necessary information so that I could make an informed decision. I would have been very happy to go ahead with Cool Glass but due to geographical issues, this was not possible. However, Mark went the extra mile to help me find an alternative solution nearer to home. I am now very happy with the results thanks to all Mark's expertise and help.

From the first phone call and visit to survey and measure the windows of my sunroom, I knew that he would be the right person to carry out the work for me. Mark recommended the best product to cut down the heat without losing any views through the glass. Also it has given me the privacy that I had lacked before this was fitted. I now have some very attractive roller blinds that add the finishing touch to the windows and doors. A job well done, carried out to perfection. All done on time and for the agreed budget. I will happily recommend Cool Glass and Mark to family, friends or anybody in need of similar solutions. No fuss, no mess and no problems. Best of all he treated me with respect and consideration.
