The team were great, they moved us from our rented house to the new house we brought and placed the furniture just where we wanted it. The team was professional, considerate and hardworking. Virtually no damage to the furniture and property.

I We contacted Stephens form a leaflet we received and we were very impressed from start to finish, the service from the initial visit to discuss our requirements was excellent with no pushy sales techniques. The actual quote received was very competitive. On receiving the dates for our exchange and completion Stephens managed to accommodate our move on very short notice, which we extremely grateful for. The day of the packing went very smoothly, they arrived very promptly and started work straight away. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and also patient with our little one asking questions all day. On arrival at the our new property, they unpacked very efficiently and put all the items in the correct places. We had a very positive experience with Stephens and would happily recommend to friends & family.

We had full packing service and removals for our house move from Herts to Kent. We found Stephens to be professional throughout. Communications were all good. On the actual packing day, they worked really hard and efficiently, taking care with our belongings. Efficiently unloaded the next day. Would really recommend!

I contacted Stephens Removals on recommendation and found them to be professional, courteous and extremely helpful from the outset. The initial visit for a quotation was undertaken by a very knowledgeable gentleman who gave sound, helpful advice with no pushy sales techniques. The quotation was received quickly and all the information needed was included in the email. Due to my immediate satisfaction with the initial service provided I did not obtain further quotes. The quote provided by Stephens was around then cost I was expecting. Our home move was carried out on the hottest day of the year and despite complications and delays with the legal process delaying us obtaining keys to our new home the removals team went above and beyond expectations to ensure our belongings were removed from our old house, loaded safely and quickly, transported and offloaded at our new home effectively and highly efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.

I cannot fault Stephens for the work they carried out for us. They were professional, efficient and extremely hard working. We moved from the Luton area to Durham on the hottest day of the year in 2022 and the lads worked so hard. The office staff were also easy to deal with and very helpful and all email correspondence was professional and prompt. Overall a great experience from a good team

Had not used a removals company before, but got two quotes much the same price but Stephens said that their men would help us to get things moved from the loft and also from the sheds at the top of the garden which was a distance. They said it would take three days, four men came and packed on the Thursday, next day four more men came to pack the second lorry and returned on Saturday to pick up the essentials and move us the whole thing was done professionally and quickly by a really good team of men, unpacked in no time with no breakages would recommend to anybody thank you so much.

This is the 3rd time I have used Stephens Removals and would recommend them. In terms of price, they were highly competitive and offer a great service. I really like the fact that they will also come and collect empty boxes and provide a part refund for these. We used Stephens at the end of last year when we moved temporarily, so they also took half our belongings to a storage unit. One small item was damaged but they took it away, repaired it and returned it. We have just moved to our new house and the 2 removers were friendly, polite and efficient. More removers did turn up to help as they were waiting on a key for another property and, although this was efficient, there were too many of them as I couldn't keep track of everything and get them directed to the right room. The original crew did apologise if it was chaotic and then offered to move furniture around for us if needed. I would definitely use them again.

The Stephens men were extremely helpful and were happy to complete any task we asked. In addition they took the initiative to ensure that we were satisfied at all times including fetching chairs for my wife to sit on and to removing beds left by the house sellers when they were not wanted We are only too happy to rcommend Stephens to anyone who needs a good removal company

Stephens Removals were recommended to us but we did contact 3 other firms for quotes and each company sent a representative to make an assessment. Martin came from Stephens and seemed the most experienced. The quotes varied hugely but we chose Stephens based on the recommendation and more reasonable quote. Our house contents had to go into storage for a time. The team of Gary, John and Bradley moved us out. They were professional, efficient and very pleasant and eager to please. We requested them when we were ready to move into our new house and felt fortunate to get them again with the addition of Nathan and sorry I think Aden. With good humour there was the same excellent efficient service and they accommodated our change of mind for placing things with ease. The office staff were always helpful and we were kept informed at all stages. I would thoroughly recommend Stephens Removals, they made what is often a very stressful time actually a bit of fun as well as delivering an exemplary service. They handled all our possessions with great care and nothing got damaged. All credit to all the staff.

I contacted Stephens via a direct mail and out of the three companies I contacted they were the only ones to respond. This being the first time we moved we were a little worried about the process, but Stephens talked us through. A very nice man came and did the initial visit and quote, we had to have the quote revisited the customer service wasn't quite as good, but it was via WhatsApp so that might explain. A two man team came and wrapped all of our possessions the day before moving, they were on time and worked tirelessly. On moving day a team of five or six arrived, again on time and ready to work. I found them all to be polite and personable. Once we reached our new home, more of team arrived and every box went in the correct location and if they were unsure they asked, didn't just dump it anywhere. It was a great atmosphere on the day. Since moving in I have located everything and there was not a single breakage, even with individually wrapped glasses. I can't comment on their price compared to others as no other company chose to quote, but to me they were worth every penny. Thank you to this team for making our moving days go so smoothly.
