Have had this water purification system for must be 15 years now. It has never let me down and has been serviced annually in that time. If I ever forget to top up the salt (note. In this system the salt does not end up in the water in the house. You can drink from every tap! The salt is used to clean the filtering system.) I soon notice the kettle scaling up (I live in a very hard water area) but a few days after topping up the salt the kettle clears and is all shiny again. Kevin who serviced the system this year was polite, efficient, clean and tidy as all their engineers are. I plan to live house in the next couple of years and will without any doubt be taking the whole system with me as it has performed outstandingly.

Their adminiostrator followed up an email with a phone call to arrange the date and item to service my water softening system. The engineer arrived on time, I recognized him from previous annual visits and he recognized me. He did the work efficiently and answered my questions. He was tidy and cleaned up as he went along.

I had a potential clash with the time of arrival and a work call that I had to go on, but having contacted the office at Bristol they accommodated this last minute change and Lewis arrived well before my work call. Lewis was very thorough with the checks he performed explaining what he had checked in an easy to follow style. The whole service was completed to my satisfaction - which is all you can ask really. The only reason for a 4-star, rather than 5-star rating for customer service is that I would have liked for indoor covers for footwear to be worn, I felt uncomfortable asking and due to having a hardwood floor, many treat it differently than if it were carpeted. Thanks again Lewis - see you next year.

Lewis thoughtfully phoned to say that he would be with us in half an hour, and he was. He was with us for about an hour - much longer than usual - and he checked our water system from top to bottom. He explained the position to us as we needed a new membrane. He had a pleasant cheerful manner.

This year we had Kevin come to service our drinking water, he phoned to ask if we'd mind if he came a little early which suited me very well, he was pleasant and efficient, he showed me what he was doing and got on with it competently.
