You know how good a company is when you have a small problem. After all work was fitted, a very minor leak, reported it and within 4 hours, even though were in Bristol, they had a technician out to fix the problem.

This is true, we should be judged by how quickly we can help a customer in need, and we always strive to deal with issues on the day. Water springs up leaks from time to time, no matter how thorough we are. Thankyou for a smashing review, we are pleased all is now well !

Kevin arrived on time and did the annual service very cleanly and efficiently. He even fitted longer pipes on the under sink units to enable easier future servicing. All left clean and tidy.
