Ordered a new water treatment system after our old one was declared u/s. Engineer came and fitted new, even though connectors were different and machine size smaller. He was here from 1.30pm until about 7.15pm - using torch light when it got dark to ensure system in working order before he left. Unit is outside and it was a cold wet day. Very polite man.

Liam arrived before the scheduled time and I had already prepared the kitchen for the installation. He got on with the work and completed the installation with minimal disruption and explained the system in a professional manner once completed. Have no hesitation in recommending.

The engineer was running late, but I was telephoned by the office to let me know that this was the case. The engineer was very friendly and efficient. It was only a filter change that we were having done. Have now had the drinking water system for a few years and are generally very happy with it, although it is expensive.

The operative came to service my water softener. He has been a few times before, so it is good there is consistency of labour. He builds on the knowledge of my system & carries out a thorough check & advises of the equipment condition & it's longevity status. We have had this unit a long time & the water remains well conditioned in an otherwise hard water area. I feel the service cost is a little high & has increased too much.
