I have been a customer of this company since about 1992 before I married in Bristol and after I moved to my present address. They are excellent . Lewis attended this time and explained to me what he was doing and advised me to make certain changes which will be done shortly. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I think the length of time I have been a customer speaks for itself. The work was excellent this time as always.

Pure Water have always serviced my water system and they always carry out their work to a high standard, so I'm always very pleased with the work their operative do, however, today's engineer was outstanding! Kevin came to fix a leak in my pure water system and I cannot recommend his work highly enough! He was informative, knowledgeable and professional - he also cleared up completely after himself leaving his working area spotless. Excellent work!! :)

Installed approx 20 years ago. Moved 8 years ago and they moved the equipment over to the new home. Left everything spotless. Totally reliable, courteous, efficient, helpful. Came on the 15th to do the annual service which was carried out meticulously.
