The engineer came to service and maintain a water softener/purifier that the company had installed 3 years ago. He thoroughly checked out the system that I had to move during kitchen refurbishment. He explained what he was doing & answered my questions. The charge was £150 & he was present for about an hour.

The service engineer was excellent. The charges were as follows:- filters £62.00 + VAT - OK. Maintenance charge £155.00 + VAT - 30 minutes only, disgraceful.

The demonstration was a little long, tedious and I would say a little over sold. Saying that the product is very good and we bought the system not due to the presentation but the quality of the washer. The installation was very good, the trades person was fantastic and very honest, tidy and helpful.

This was an annual routine service of our water softener and filter system. The technician (named Lewis) was on time and completed a very thorough review of our system and provided additional advice on other related topics, which was very useful and appreciated. The system continues to provide excellent soft water, reducing the need for as much soap powder etc. and reducing the build up of lime scale. The drinking water filter provides excellent quality water and we are often complimented on the taste, particularly in tea. Price for the service seems to have been increased significantly since last year though. No hesitation in recommending the company, their products and the technician. Well done.
