Our water softener needed its annual service. The engineer arrived when they said he would and the work was carried out efficiently and the property was left clean and tidy.

Routine service. No issues, except "slight" indication metallic taint. Thorough checks. Demonstration of sludgy salt effect at bottom of salt bin-turned over salt to disperse useful suggestion to empty & refill the drinking tank. Water tasted fine. Good impression of competence.

We have had our fitter for several years now with Aquatec coming out once a year to service it. We have no limescale since installation. All the engineers have been prompt, polite and professional. No problems to date!

Kevin the engineer was very friendly & came to tighten a loose tap. Although that was all Kevin was booked to do, he also made general water check & adjustments. I was very pleased with his work and he cleared up really well.

Lewis carried out filter changes and a thorough test of the system and flow rates throughout the house. The works were quickly and efficiently carried out, he was very informative and gave advice on frost protection.
