The engineer (Mike) was punctual, considerate, hardworking and patient. He discussed the option clearly regarding where to site the system and then carried out the work calmly, efficiently, and to an excellent standard. Highly recommended. The water is good too!

Always receive excellent service. Usually request for service is within a week. Disappointed that the salt deliveries aren't as quick as normal, but was due delivery but weather made it impossible. It is 5/6 weeks since we ordered salt. Other than this always receive excellent service. Staff on telephone always polite.

Mike Hagues provided a very professional service. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what work he was undertaking and he was very polite and courteous. During basic service Kev found that the water levels in the main unit were set to low and after adjustment a back wash was carried out and this then found a leak on the drain pipework which solved my mystery puddles in the garage over the past year.
