Service engineer - Lewis - carried out our annual service today. Very professional, thorough and really helpful in advising everything we need to do to keep our water filtration system in good working order.

I have dealt with this company for 22 years now & have nothing but praise at the way they go about their business. The engineers have always been on time, are very courteous & thorough in all that they do, explaining any problems that I might ask of them. The company should be very proud of their customer service record.

As usual a cheerful, informative visit to service our system. All waste containers were taken away so no need to figure out any recycling issues. Instructions as to running of tap to boost drinking water chamber were carefully explained, so good for general users.

Kevin from The Pure Water People carried out our water purification system's annual service this time. He arrived at the agreed time and presented himself masked and ready to begin work. He was friendly and informative throughout. This was our third annual service visit. Every engineer has arrived at the agreed time and they have all carried out the work professionally and all have been courteous and informative. The company always contact me a few weeks before the service is due to arrange the service appointment. I have always been impressed by their friendly and helpful office staff. It softens, filters and re-mineralises drinking water. we are in a hard water area and this system makes limescale a distant memory, and provides clear, clean and pure drinking water

filters changed and dripping tap fixed, plus information on new tap. Courteous and prompt service, arranged from the office and on time as agreed ( a rare thing nowadays).

We had a visit from Kevin on 15/11/21. He arrived on time, tested water quality, explained what he is planning to do and he completed servicing and CRV replacement to our satisfaction. Job well done. Thank you Kevin.

Our engineer was Kevin. He provided an excellent service. Very knowledgable and walked me through what he was doing as I was showing an interest. Left the place nice and tidy. The product itself is excellent. Nice clean water and while the service is in progress you can see the filters being changed with the dirt and grime being removed. To think we would be drinking that from our taps if not for their water system!
